Delivery
If you would like your order delivered to you, your order will be delivered by a properly licensed employee of Fenwick Liquor, in accordance with Oklahoma State law.

Warranty
We make no warranty, expressed or implied, about the products being sold, except that we are conveying clear title to the bottles sold and that, to our actual knowledge, the bottles contain what their labels say. For all purchases, title passes to you in Oklahoma at the time of purchase. This contract is entered into in Oklahoma and shall be enforceable in the State of Oklahoma under the laws of the State of Oklahoma. THE WARRANTIES SPECIFIED IN THIS CONTRACT ARE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Order Fulfillment/Pricing
At times, some of the products we offer are limited in availability. We will do our best to fulfill your order; but if we are not able to do so, our sole obligation and your sole recourse is a refund of the purchase price. Prices are good only while supplies last and are subject to change. No order is complete until paid for in full. We are not responsible for typographical errors or other inaccuracies or omissions.

Cancelled Orders
All sales, whether placed through this website, by telephone, or in-store are final. We may, at our sole discretion, permit you to cancel an order before it has been delivered, in which case we will charge you a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price.
